Jorge Vazquez Parnass M.D.
Dr. Vazquez is a Medical Surgeon and UAG alumnus with more than 26 years of experience in Integrative and Complementary Medicine. He is internationally board-certified in Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M, USA), Functional Medicine (IFM, USA), and Biological & Homotoxicology Medicine (Heidelberg/Munich, Germany), with advanced certifications in Regenerative Medicine and Ozone Therapy.
His work with oncology and chronic-degenerative patients integrates Orthomolecular Medicine, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Homotoxicology, functional nutrition, and wellness coaching into personalized clinical pathways designed to restore systemic balance and support active, high-performance longevity.

Omar A. Pizano Acevedo M.D.
A highly skilled physician specializing in the clinical application of advanced Regenerative Medicine protocols. Dr. Pizano is an expert in the assessment and therapeutic administration of Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Exosomes, and Peptide therapy, focused on accelerating tissue repair and modulating immune response.
Throughout his clinical career, he has directed regenerative medicine departments, specializing in tailored biological treatments for orthopedic injuries and autoimmune conditions. Fully bilingual (C1) and holder of a Dual Master’s in Healthcare Administration and Business (MBA), he integrates clinical excellence with a strategic operational vision, ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and patient outcomes in precision medicine.
STAFF PHYSICIAN
Dr. Erika Barajas Pedregal is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in Traumatology, Orthopedics, and advanced joint replacement surgery. She earned her medical degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California, completed specialty training at Hospital General Norberto Treviño Zapata, and pursued fellowship training in hip and knee replacement surgery at Hospital Zambrano-Hellion / Hospital Swiss in Monterrey.
Her clinical experience includes trauma care, degenerative joint disease, hip and knee conditions, and complex joint replacement procedures. At BMC Clinic, Dr. Barajas applies her orthopedic expertise to regenerative medicine, including stem cell therapies for musculoskeletal and joint-related conditions. She also practices at Hospital General de Tijuana and Hospital Ángeles Tijuana and provides care in both English and Spanish.

A dedicated Clinical Nutritionist and candidate for a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition with deep expertise in high-complexity patient care. Her background includes 3 years of specializing in Medical Nutritional Therapy (MNT) for oncology patients within integrative and alternative treatment settings. Additionally, she led the Nutrition Department at the Mental Health Hospital of Tijuana, where she developed specialized nutritional protocols for patients with severe neurological and emotional conditions, including schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s, autism, depression, and anxiety.
Committed to the philosophy of “healing from within,” she integrates clinical evidence with a patient-centered approach to restore biological homeostasis and enhance the mental and physical quality of life for every individual.
